What does Procacity mean?

The Dictionary definition of Procacity means to be pro cock , the rainbow team and woman over 50 are using the hell out of this word. Seems like a very forward thing to do but looking forward I would have to say that Websters Dictionary just got this one wrong.

Some Mispellings like procasity are out their which mean forward thinking or being direct however I don't see myself doing much of that. Being at the end of a very long rope right now its hard to maintain procacity thinking.
