Who Really is Sue Barb?

Barb sounds like a first name and Sue well thats easily understood, its something you do to collect monies owed. What is worst is people that just can't get Justice and seem just tired of the extra work involved in collecting funds owed through the legal system. Its always a embarisment in small claims and representation is somewhat stiff and heartless. Not saying all small claim court justices are well heartless or emotionless as I am sure the Supreme Court Circuit is even much more but to a large part they are.

In a small town it is safe to say cases are almosted created to keep judges busy you would think not having enough crime to actually warrant one. Speaking of warrants , I would think that one would be issued every five minutes if one was to go after things that shouldn't happen financially anyway. With the sad state of the economy , your going to see even more fraud , in some sort or another for sure, but taking 3000 dollars illegally out of ones bank account would start a process of stealing which would be fine if you worked for a bank but hey lets face it we all don't.

Why just ask Questrade apparently I have 140 billion their , ahhh chump change my own ticker? I wish that would be like having rights to a canadian mine that doesn't exist which makes up the bulk of the venture exchange. Not to mention that the TSX is by far even more pathetic than mose NYSE or NASDAQ stocks these days with exception to a few ASE which are borderline.

Why do smart people do stupid things? I don't know ask the Government I am all stocked up in stupid here I can't afford to be as smart as my full potential.

Just try getting a credit card in this economy no one is lending because the money just isn't their, people are being denied credit even with outstanding references. What the BC economy in particular needs is more funding for Victoria to spend in smaller cities helping stimulate the economy.
