Manhattan:   Southbound lanes of the FDR drive from 14th to 42nd Street will be open for the public from 7:30pm to 10:00pm. On-ramp entrances for pedestrians are located at 23rd, 38th, and 42nd streets. The FDR Drive will be closed to vehicular traffic between Houston St. and 63rd St. from 6:00pm until 2:00am.

No alcohol is allowed on any walks or parks along the waterfront Property. Visitors will need a special to pass through checkpoints to gain access the waterfront.  Koolers with non-alcoholic refreshments will be permitted access for a short while.
