"Loan Wolf" Discovers Disturbing B.C. Foreign Aid Funds encircling B.C. .Cabinet Ministers

Intellectually upgraded with recent coalescing idea of B.C. Ministry of Foreign Aid to local Economy.  As CIBC continues unabashingly to keep Vancouvers Core Strong with Plenty DIM SUM restaurants the disturbing economic loop brings the spotlight into focus on some small communities in Northern BC dependant on Foreign AID.
As Obama attempts to block oil production in the Gulf Coast one becomes even more concerned on dependance on foreign oil after Alberta's tap is running dry from booming economic growth in 2008-2009.  But lets not get away from the topic at hand being the Lottery!  Rigged or Fake?  Yeah we know real winners well in BC !!! Two in Northern Remote Communities and 5 Retailers.  With all these 72,230 winners on the 6/49 over and over again one has to say enough is not enough already.  Lets have a real winner, no it doesn't seem to happen though.  Why o Why if we had " A Winner " every 2 weeks *LOL* just saying this makes me laugh, would the Economy be so crappy?  Lets do the math I love bogging down topics with the harsh Realities and Facts which I make up randomly from Remote Viewing techniques (hey I am not talking Northern BC Remote here).
Oil Well, I don't know why we don't  hear more winners on these Lotto MAX draws.  Why the economy is so bad?  Thats 50 Million (100 Million) if you count the 1 million dollar prizes being handed out supposedly this week why the economy is still garbage and still  un-employment is up.  Forget the BS numbers for a second saying 10-20K in new jobs this year , " HIDDEN JOBS " oh yes hidden like BC's new conservative Government's Action Plan.  I have taken the time to prepare you these pictures to the best of my knowledge concerning Large Foreign Deposits that are as real as the Lotto Max Draws.  Its just a hobby of mine.   I remember the days of old when the draws were real and we would diligently wait for the number to roll down the machine and spit out in a long chain.  Alas the problem being god naturally selected the winners naturally and randomly making too many happy citizens which soon ended in the 80's when the Government realized their was no money in reality and it lost millions when real.  Now a cold hearted 139.*.*.* machine in a remote area of Winnepeg, (excuse the pun) but it looks as if the pun was too much to bear for the director selects the lowest payout possible and moves on.  Funny how when we as a people can believe the most unbelievable if ever so often someone we know " wins a small amount " .  Its funny how when its 50 million its a whole nother ball game.  Sorry about the Scale I never realized that it would come down to someone elses big picture so I took it APRON myself to do this.  What a bunch of Wafflers.  Puppet Regima.

Unfortunately we had to remove the images to prevent our Viewers from infenction from a Virus we had detected and filtered unfortunately do to this filtering level we cannot provide you the big picture.
