Canada's Spy Agency EyEballs BC Municipal Politicians - Canadian Government can monitor employees free of Domestic Spying Laws

Canada's Spy Agency CSIS - seems to have the entire playing field to themselves when it comes to eavesdropping on its own employees.  While the recruiting process or CSIS's own agents can involve up to a 3 year extensive survelience package in itself it reserves the right to monitor any Government Officials this including Provincial Ministers and any position where the employee is paid directly by either the Federal or Provincial Government. 

SO WHOS IMPLICATED!!! AND WHO'S BEING MONITORED!!!!

First of all CSIS has a strict set of rules for who they spy on in the long or short term and they are the following.

1) Excessive Foreign Contact and Movements
2) Foreign Financial Transactions exceeding $10,000 lump sums
3) Working for CIBC
4) Names ending with HO. SHU. WO  WONG WING or WO
5) Excess meals of RICE, and also a red flag is tripped off with the purchase of  WIN SOCKI at the BC liquor Board stores.
6) Female

You might say that these seem like a very narrow set of requirements of being monitored by the spy agency however you would be surprised by how many BC employees fall into this category.  As well another requirement is to be interesting after all if your going to listen to hours of telephone calls the spy agency politely asks that you keep the conversation light and drop the occasional trigger word to make finding the conversations with electronic voice database searches easier.  CSIS recommends you say " NUKE " or " AIRBUS " to prevent further modifications to the system.

CSIS said that remote Logging companies and various fake shell companies moving millions of federal loans that were gobbled up in the years to the tune of millions are immune to such scare tactics.  The spy agency as been known to use scare tactics when monitoring its employees to see if they will slip up and say something they shouldn't like .  IT WAS ME THAT HAS BEEN PUTTING THE HOMES IN THAT FOOLS NAME WITH TD BANK FOR YEARS!!! IT WAS ME IT WAS ME!!! BURN THE PAPERS PURN THE PAPERS!!!! However if things go to poorly for all those effected one thing is for sure, if your moving funds from China and Japan and Korea and you fit the previous requirements chances are your going to be monitored and may see charges in the future.
